Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
